What to include
Your device and iOS version, what you were doing, and what happened instead. If it is a crash, the time it happened helps. Screenshots or a screen recording are worth more than any description, especially for anything visual.
My progress has gone
Check that you are signed in to Game Center in the Settings app: your progress is kept in your own iCloud through Game Center and follows you between devices, but only while you are signed in to the same Apple Account. Code Lama Software holds no copy of your save and cannot restore one — see the terms.
The controls do not suit me
Settings has a box per axis. Steering and Throttle each carry their own scheme, their own sensitivity and their own calibration, with a strip you can drag to feel the change before you race with it. Tilt can be recentred to however you actually hold the device, and a game controller works everywhere the game does.
Accessibility
Llama Kart follows the system's Reduce Motion setting, and the game can be played entirely without tilt. If something about the game is unusable for you, that is a bug worth an email — please send one.
Privacy questions
The privacy policy is the full account, and the game shows the same statements on its own privacy screen. If a question is not answered there, ask.
